Eben Moglen on freedom in the cloud – Friday, Feb 5

Eben Moglen will be making the trek downtown from Columbia Law and the Software Freedom Law Center to present a talk called “Freedom in the Cloud: Software Freedom, Privacy and Security for Web 2.0 and Cloud Computing.” It’s a super interesting topic, and Moglen is a great speaker, so if you can make it, this event shouldn’t be missed.
It’s taking place this Friday, February 5, from 7-9pm in room 109 of Warren Weaver Hall (251 Mercer Street, on the eastern side of Gould Plaza). In case you DO have to miss it, the whole thing will be streamed live on LiveStream.
