Remember that class action law suit filed against Sony here in New York? Well, looks like they’ve decided to settle! The court still needs to approve the settlement, but it actually looks pretty good on first glance!

In completely unrelated news, apparently 2005 is going to be one second longer than usual this year, thanks to a leap second! So technically, before the clock strikes midnight on Dec. 31, there will officially be a 11:59:60pm! Looks pretty strange, doesn’t it? I’ll be curious to see if they account for that on TV New Year’s Eve…(c;=
